1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Minnie Downtown Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that our website at https://ugcexecutive.com/ (the “Website”) and the UGC Executive Academy program (the “Program”) are accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities.

We believe that digital accessibility is both a legal obligation and a fundamental principle of inclusive design. Our goal is to ensure that all users, regardless of ability, can access, navigate, and benefit from our Website and Program content on equal terms.

This Accessibility Policy (“Policy”) sets out our commitment to accessibility, the standards we aim to meet, the current state of our Website’s accessibility, known limitations, and how users can request accessibility support or report accessibility barriers.

2. Applicable Accessibility Standards

2.1 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

The Company aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility and covers a broad range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

WCAG 2.1 is organized around four core principles, under which content must be:

  • Perceivable: Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive, including through assistive technologies.
  • Operable: User interface components and navigation must be operable by users with a range of input methods, including keyboard-only navigation.
  • Understandable: Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable to users of varying cognitive abilities.
  • Robust: Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

2.2 Legal Framework

The Company’s accessibility efforts are informed by the following legal and regulatory frameworks:

  • United States: The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, which requires places of public accommodation — including websites operated by businesses — to be accessible to individuals with disabilities. The Company is also mindful of guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice regarding web accessibility under the ADA, including the final rule published in 2024 applying WCAG 2.1 Level AA to state and local government websites and informing broader standards.
  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (where applicable): Relevant to accessibility of electronic and information technology.
  • European Union: The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which requires certain digital products and services offered to EU consumers to meet accessibility requirements. Applicable provisions take effect progressively and the Company is committed to compliance as requirements apply.
  • European Union: EN 301 549, the European standard for ICT accessibility, which references WCAG 2.1 Level AA for web content.
  • United Kingdom: The Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 (as applicable) and broader UK Equality Act 2010 considerations.

The Company serves a global audience and recognizes that accessibility requirements vary by jurisdiction. We are committed to meeting the highest applicable standard across the regions in which we operate.

3. Current Accessibility Status

3.1 Conformance Status

The Website at https://ugcexecutive.com/ is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the Website do not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria, primarily due to limitations of third-party content and components integrated into the Website, and areas of our own content that are actively being reviewed and improved.

The Company is actively working to identify and remediate accessibility barriers. We treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time implementation task.

3.2 Accessibility Features Currently Implemented

The following accessibility features have been implemented or are in the process of being implemented on the Website:

  • Semantic HTML structure: The Website uses semantic HTML elements to provide meaningful structure that can be interpreted by screen readers and other assistive technologies.
  • Text alternatives: We aim to provide text alternatives (alt text) for all non-decorative images on the Website. Where images serve a purely decorative function, empty alt attributes are used to allow screen readers to skip them.
  • Keyboard navigation: Core navigation and interactive elements of the Website are designed to be accessible using keyboard-only navigation where technically feasible.
  • Color contrast: We aim to maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, across key Website pages.
  • Scalable text: The Website is designed to support text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality on key pages.
  • Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are maintained for keyboard-navigable elements to assist users who navigate by keyboard.
  • Form labels: Form fields on the Website include associated labels to ensure compatibility with screen readers.
  • Page titles: All pages include descriptive and unique page titles to assist navigation by screen reader users.
  • Language attribute: The HTML lang attribute is set to indicate the primary language of each page, enabling screen readers to apply the correct pronunciation rules.

3.3 Known Limitations

The following known limitations in accessibility currently exist on our Website. We are actively working to address these issues:

  • Third-party video content: Video lessons and embedded video content delivered through third-party platforms may not include full captions or audio descriptions in all cases. We are working with content creators and platform providers to improve captioning coverage across Program materials.
  • Third-party widgets and integrations: Certain third-party tools embedded in our Website, including payment forms (Stripe), live chat widgets, and social media embeds, are outside our direct control and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA in all circumstances. We select third-party providers who demonstrate a commitment to accessibility and encourage them to maintain accessible implementations.
  • PDF and downloadable materials: Some downloadable documents and templates provided as part of the Program may not yet be fully optimized for screen reader accessibility. We are reviewing these materials and will prioritize remediation of frequently accessed documents.
  • Complex interactive elements: Certain interactive components of the Website and Program platform may present challenges for users relying on assistive technologies. We are reviewing these components as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement work.
  • Mobile accessibility: While the Website is designed to be responsive across device types, certain mobile accessibility optimizations are ongoing.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Website is designed and tested to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browser combinations, on a best-efforts basis:

  • Screen readers: NVDA with Mozilla Firefox (Windows), JAWS with Google Chrome (Windows), VoiceOver with Safari (macOS and iOS), TalkBack with Chrome (Android).
  • Voice control software: Dragon NaturallySpeaking (Windows), Voice Control (macOS and iOS).
  • Keyboard-only navigation: All modern browsers on desktop operating systems.
  • Browser zoom: Up to 200% zoom in all major modern browsers without loss of core content or functionality.

The Company does not guarantee full compatibility with all assistive technologies in all configurations. If you experience compatibility issues with a specific assistive technology, please contact us as described in Section 7 and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

5. Program Content Accessibility

5.1 Video Content

The UGC Executive Academy Program is delivered primarily through video lessons. We are committed to improving the accessibility of video content and are working toward the following standards:

  • Captions: We aim to provide accurate closed captions for all video lessons within the Program. Where captions are not yet available for specific lessons, we are actively prioritizing their addition.
  • Transcripts: We are working to make written transcripts available for Program video content to support users who cannot access audio content or who prefer text-based learning.
  • Audio quality: Program video content is produced to maintain clear and consistent audio quality to support users with hearing impairments who rely on audio content.

5.2 Written Materials and Templates

Written materials, templates, and frameworks provided as part of the Program are delivered in digital formats. We are working to ensure that:

  • Written materials use clear, plain language wherever possible.
  • Downloadable documents are reviewed for screen reader compatibility and tagged PDF standards where technically feasible.
  • Color is not used as the sole means of conveying information in written materials.

5.3 Community and Live Sessions

The Program includes community spaces (WhatsApp or similar) and live Zoom mentorship sessions. Accessibility features available through these platforms depend on the platform providers’ own accessibility implementations. Users who require specific accommodations for live sessions (such as real-time captioning or alternative formats) are encouraged to contact us in advance at hello@ugcexecutive.com so that we can make reasonable arrangements.

6. Ongoing Accessibility Improvement

6.1 Accessibility Review Process

The Company is committed to treating accessibility as an ongoing operational priority rather than a static compliance exercise. Our accessibility improvement process includes:

  • Periodic accessibility audits of the Website and Program content, conducted internally or with the assistance of third-party accessibility specialists.
  • Review of new Website features and content against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria before publication, where feasible.
  • Monitoring of third-party component updates for accessibility regressions.
  • Review and remediation of accessibility issues reported by users through the feedback process described in Section 7.
  • Monitoring of updates to accessibility standards and applicable legal requirements to ensure our practices remain current.

6.2 Accessibility Roadmap

The Company’s current accessibility improvement priorities include:

  • Completing closed caption coverage for all existing Program video lessons.
  • Publishing written transcripts for core Program modules.
  • Conducting a full WCAG 2.1 Level AA audit of the Website’s key user journeys, including the enrollment and checkout flow.
  • Reviewing and tagging downloadable PDF materials for screen reader compatibility.
  • Improving the accessibility documentation and help resources available to users.

We do not publish a fixed timeline for all accessibility improvements, as our roadmap is subject to technical constraints, third-party dependencies, and resource availability. We are committed to making continuous and measurable progress.

7. Accessibility Feedback and Assistance

7.1 Reporting Accessibility Barriers

We welcome feedback from users who encounter accessibility barriers on our Website or within the Program. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our Website or Program content due to a disability or accessibility-related issue, please contact us so that we can assist you and work to address the barrier.

7.2 Response Commitment

The Company will make reasonable efforts to respond to all accessibility feedback and requests within ten (10) business days. Where an accessibility barrier cannot be immediately remediated, we will endeavor to provide an accessible alternative means of accessing the relevant content or functionality while the issue is being addressed.

We take all accessibility feedback seriously and use it to prioritize our ongoing improvement work. Users who contact us with accessibility concerns will not be treated less favorably as a result of raising those concerns.

7.3 Formal Complaints

  • United Kingdom: The Equality and Human Rights Commission or the relevant enforcement body for digital accessibility under UK law.

8. Third-Party Content and Platforms

Our Website and Program incorporate third-party content and platforms, including payment processing (Stripe), video hosting, community tools (WhatsApp, Zoom), and analytics services. The accessibility of these third-party components is governed by the respective providers’ own accessibility policies and practices.

The Company selects third-party providers that demonstrate a commitment to accessibility and encourages all providers to maintain WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance in their products. However, the Company cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party content and is not responsible for accessibility shortcomings in third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

Where a third-party component presents a significant accessibility barrier to a user, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative accessible solution or workaround.

9. Non-Discrimination

The Company is committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities are not excluded from accessing the UGC Executive Academy Program or our Website on the basis of disability. We do not charge higher fees, impose additional conditions, or provide inferior service to individuals who require accessibility accommodations.

Where a user requires a reasonable accommodation in connection with their enrollment in or participation in the Program, they are encouraged to contact us at hello@ugcexecutive.com. We will review all reasonable accommodation requests promptly and make good-faith efforts to provide appropriate accommodations within our operational capacity.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that individuals with disabilities may have under applicable law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the European Accessibility Act, or other applicable national legislation.

10. Updates to This Policy

The Company will review and update this Accessibility Policy periodically to reflect improvements to our Website and Program, changes in applicable accessibility standards and legal requirements, and feedback received from users.

The updated Policy will be posted on the Website with a revised Effective Date. We encourage users to review this Policy periodically.
